Medifast is almost always running a special for product orders. The standard special is two weeks of Medifast food free for signing up for the VIP membership, which is Medifast’s auto-ship plan. It’s a good idea to sign up for it, even if you don’t intend on ordering Medifast after your first month because you can cancel the membership at any time.

Medifast also sometimes has cash discount codes that you can use. These work especially well if you want to custom pick your order instead of getting the Medifast variety packs.
