Have you ever heard of a fruit flush 3 day detox diet? No? The popularity of cleansing recipes has greatly increased just recently, so you’ll likely be hearing a lot more about it. More people are slowly becoming aware of what they are eating due to a sudden rise of health ailments.

Some of us do eat out a lot, but it’s not really beneficial for our intestinal health. Drinking home-made ‘lemonade’ is what it’s all about and consists of cayenne pepper, water, maple syrup, and, of course, fresh lemon juice. For about 10 days, you will drink lemonade on a daily basis before taking any solid food. There’s a limit to what you can drink, but herbal tea and water are certainly not restricted. Lemon cleansing is seemingly not hard and demanding to do. Here, you miss lots of food, but you don’t get hungry! Ten days may seem long enough so try as much as you like. Even drinking weekly is constructive as well. How’s that for a diet?
