The Rules Apply for Fast Weight Loss

Medifast weight loss planIf you take a look at why most people don’t ever achieve the fast weight loss that they desire it is simple. Most people simply do not believe that the rules apply to them. It is often said that rules are made to be broke, but what many people forget is that if you break the rules there are consequences for your actions.

So what exactly do I mean by saying that people think the rules don’t apply to them? I simply mean that people often think that they can get away with doing the bare minimum and see results, or people don’t think that that little piece of chocolate on the desk at the bank will contribute towards their daily calories. People set goals and then don’t know how to follow the goals that they set. Or they set the goals with little faith that they will actually be able to achieve those goals.

One of the main keys to loosing weight is being hungry, that feeling of hunger should send you the signal that you are in the zone that you need to be in to reach your goals. In truth many people interpret hunger as an alarm bell that tells them they are going to crash and burn if they don’t eat. This could not be farther from the truth. We live in an age of abundance so a little hunger won’t hurt you.

It is too common to see people excited about a workout and diet program on Monday morning then come the weekend they are ready to go out and squash all of their gains. They are effectively playing catch up, they are putting themselves on a long treadmill program that does not have a happy ending. Sabotaging your results will ultimately end in defeat.

Keep in mind that it is not about what you do at the gym it is about what you do with the other hundred plus hours in the week. You can follow all of the rules at the gym but if you deviate from the rules the other 90% of the time you will not ever reach your goal.

So, yes the rules apply to you too and if you ever want fast weight loss you will have to abide by the same principle as everyone else to reach your goals.
