Push-Ups
The good old fashion push-ups are great for working this area of the arm. To do a proper push up you should keep your back straight and go all the way up and down to the point that your nose almost touches the floor keeping your back straight the entire time. If you are not able to do a good push up while being on your toes, then you can bend you legs and do them from your knee.

The crunch is the most productive ab exercise that you can do. Most professional trainers will agree with this. To perform a proper crunch you should start by laying flat on your back on a nice flat and firm service. Bend you knees up and make sure that your feet stay on the ground. Put your hands behind your hand and interlock your fingers. You then want to pull yourself up using your stomach muscles as much as possible. Pull up about half way to your knees. Then you slowly lower yourself back down and repeat.
