Ab Circle Pro – Does this Abdominal Fitness Machine Work?

April 5th, 2010 by Inspector | Comments Off | Filed in Exercise & Fitness

Fitness machine trends tend to come and go. At one time everyone was all about Nordic Track machines, then it was stairmasters, lifecycles, elliptical machines, etc. These are actually all pretty terrific, especially for working out your core. But if you really wanted an exercise machine that was designed to give your abs a killer workout, you were often reduced to dealing with discs that rotate on the floor. Hopefully, the new Ab Circle Pro can end that trend right here, as it is a purpose-built ab exercising device that is well-built and creatively conceived.

Of course, if you have a proper home gym set up then you might be able to work an ab workout into the equipment you have for weight lifting, such as a crunch bench or something similar. For me though, I don’t have a whole lot of room and I don’t want one room dedicated to a home gym. So I like compact exercise equipment that can be either dismantled quickly, or simply folded up and wheeled out of the way. Treadmills are great for this. A quick workout on my treadmill and then when I want to switch to the Wii Fit and need to clear out some space in front of the television, I can close up the treadmill and wheel it right back into my walk-in closet.

If, like me, you like Treadmills, but you wish you had something to really make those abs burn so you can get a decent set of six pack abs, I highly recommend a look at the Ab Circle Pro. Admittedly, when you look at the videos for how this is used, it looks a little daunting. And possibly uncomfortable. Is it a torture device or a piece of exercise equipment? Well, let me reassure you. It is exercise equipment! And a pretty darn good one too.
