A question many people ask when wishing to burn fat and tone up is “what is the Fastest method to rid belly fat?” Certainly, there is an answer to this question and yes there are methods to burn belly fat and weight in a reasonably short amount of time.

However, abdominal fat cannot just be targeted individually. Body fat usually burns off proportionally around our body which is good news if most of the fat on your figure resides around you midsection. This means that if you manage to burn 10lbs then your stomach will look noticeably reduced.

The surest way to lose belly fat is to adhere to a combined approach of dieting and exercise for a given period of time with a solid weight loss program such as Diettogo. Sounds cliché, I Know! However, there are no secrets or shortcuts to eliminate belly fat, there is only information that you may not have already known. That is why you may not have experienced much success with burning fat fast. So what is it going to take for you to witness noticeable improvements in terms of losing belly fat?

Well, for example, if you have only 20lbs to lose then this would probably be achievable to lose in roughly a month to two months depending on how good your diet and exercise regime is and how well you stick to it. If you have a great exercise regime and diet then a healthy 5lbs loss of weight per week is achievable. What most people experience when dieting and exercising is a 1-2lbs lose for a few weeks, then up 2lbs another week and so on for a few months.

Personally, I think if you want to start Losing Belly Fat then you should go all out for about 4 weeks of solid training and exercise because naturally one tends to lose interest with strict dieting and exercising. After this 4 week period when all the bad habits of eating poorly and never working out are gone I would then make the dieting less extreme in terms of carbohydrate cutting, calorie deficits and tough workouts.

At this point onwards it really is just about a lifestyle change where you will happily eat the meals in your diet and won’t mind the less intense workouts. You can find even more great advice on losing the flab at Body2Shape.com for Losing Belly Fat, Gaining Muscle Mass and getting Ripped Abs

We all want those great 6 pack abs no matter what age or sex we are. Having trim and toned abs will make you look great as well as feel great too. There are some great exercises that can help you tone your abs and this article will tell you which ones will work the best.

1. Crunches
The crunch is the most productive ab exercise that you can do. Most professional trainers will agree with this. To perform a proper crunch you should start by laying flat on your back on a nice flat and firm service. Bend you knees up and make sure that your feet stay on the ground. Put your hands behind your hand and interlock your fingers. You then want to pull yourself up using your stomach muscles as much as possible. Pull up about half way to your knees. Then you slowly lower yourself back down and repeat.

2. Side Bends

Side bends are also very effective ab exercises. To do proper side bends you should stand up straight and have your feet about shoulder length apart. Lift your right arm straight into the air and bend to the left. Bend as far as you can and hold it for about 5 seconds or so. Then straighten back up. Then you will lift your left arm into the air and bend to the right and hold it for 5 seconds that way. You then stand straight up and do the right arm up again and keep repeating.

3. Leg Raises
Leg raises will help tone your abs up for sure. Lay flat on your back on a hard and firm surface with your legs straight out in front of you. Lift both legs into the air about 6 inches. Hold them there and count to 10, slowly. Then lower your legs and wait a few seconds and do it again. Repeat these steps to continue. If you can not hold them there for 10 seconds at first, just do it as long as you can. It will get easier.

Do each of these exercises in reps of 10, 15 or 20. If you are not a regular exerciser then you should probably start with reps of 10. If you do not feel that it is doing that much for you, just keep going.

These ab exercises will produce great results if you stick to them. Do not forget that you might feel a little sore after starting to do exercises that you are not used to and that is ok. Don’t let that stop you from continuing on with your exercising though. Keep it up and it will get easier and that soreness will go away.

Six pack abs are one of the most sought after physical attributes of men and women anywhere, because they are the ultimate final touch to the perfect beach body. You see lots of advertising for this piece of equipment or that miracle drug, but the truth of the matter is that you can get six pack abs without a bunch of gimmicks by simply performing the proper ab exercises and following a sensible diet.

There are a number of ab exercises out there that are incredibly effective and easy to perform with nothing more than your own body and enough room to lie down. Properly performed crunches, leg raises, planks and side crunches are among the simplest, but also most effective exercises that you can perform to build, shape and define your mid-section. If you want to get more advanced, you can perform you crunches with a light weight or find something to hang from so you can perform hanging leg raises. The key to effective ab exercise is to use perfect form, focus on contracting the abs at the top of the movement and to breathe properly throughout each repetition.

If you are carrying a large amount of excess body fat, just performing the best ab exercises won’t be enough to get to your goal. You’ll also need to add some cardio work to your routine. High intensity interval training is a great way to melt away excess fat without having to invest too much extra time at the gym.

Another big part of the six pack abs equation has to do with your dietary habits. You could have a very strong and muscular mid-section that no one will ever see if you don’t pay proper attention to your diet. Empty calorie foods like soda, candy, cookies and cakes should generally be avoided or eaten with great moderation. You also need to make sure that you are getting enough protein, fruits and vegetables, healthy fats and fiber to help you build lean muscle and effectively burn body fat as fuel.

This article is about 7 very effective exercises for getting six pack abs. You will see that they don’t focus solely on abs specific exercises. That is because developing a six pack will require a number of different exercises – like the following:

1. Motivational exercises
Write down your top 10 reasons for wanting to develop a six pack on an index card and read it every morning and evening. This will help to motivate you. You can also keep a picture of a six pack abs on your cupboard.

2. Diet make over exercises
Make sure that your diet is six pack abs ready by doing the following diet make over exercises: keep a food diary to see where you are eating wrong, clear your cupboards of all the unhealthy foods and start eating 6 small meals more often.

3. Weight training
Weight training burns a lot of fat and it also boosts your metabolism that you even burn calories in your sleep. You should get 3 weight training sessions in a week of 45 minutes each – focusing on either your upper or lower body. You can get a complete and effective program here:the truth about 6 pack abs workouts.

4. Cardio
Cardio is important to burn off excess calories and to help your abs get lean. The only type of cardio you should be doing is cardio interval training – it burns the most fat and calories than all the other types. Aim to get 3 cardio interval training workouts in a week of 20 minutes each.

5. Abs exercises
Your abs specific exercises should be done on the day that you do your lower body. They should include exercises that target all the different muscles of the abs equally like the bicycle exercise, the plank and crunches.

6. Stress relieving exercises
Stress relieving exercises like yoga and Pilates will help you to decrease the likeliness that your body will store excess fat on your tummy (because of the stress).

7. Free exercises
Make sure that you take every opportunity to burn calories and to get lean by doing free exercises. These include taking the stairs instead of the lift, to walk your dog and to mow your own lawn.

These are all the exercises you need to build a six pack abs. Implement them and you will see your abs in the mirror soon. Just remember that it will take some time, do don’t be too impatient. But when you can’t wait that long, check out the truth about 6 pack abs program.

Fitness machine trends tend to come and go. At one time everyone was all about Nordic Track machines, then it was stairmasters, lifecycles, elliptical machines, etc. These are actually all pretty terrific, especially for working out your core. But if you really wanted an exercise machine that was designed to give your abs a killer workout, you were often reduced to dealing with discs that rotate on the floor. Hopefully, the new Ab Circle Pro can end that trend right here, as it is a purpose-built ab exercising device that is well-built and creatively conceived.

Of course, if you have a proper home gym set up then you might be able to work an ab workout into the equipment you have for weight lifting, such as a crunch bench or something similar. For me though, I don’t have a whole lot of room and I don’t want one room dedicated to a home gym. So I like compact exercise equipment that can be either dismantled quickly, or simply folded up and wheeled out of the way. Treadmills are great for this. A quick workout on my treadmill and then when I want to switch to the Wii Fit and need to clear out some space in front of the television, I can close up the treadmill and wheel it right back into my walk-in closet.

If, like me, you like Treadmills, but you wish you had something to really make those abs burn so you can get a decent set of six pack abs, I highly recommend a look at the Ab Circle Pro. Admittedly, when you look at the videos for how this is used, it looks a little daunting. And possibly uncomfortable. Is it a torture device or a piece of exercise equipment? Well, let me reassure you. It is exercise equipment! And a pretty darn good one too.

Functioning somewhat like a treadmill and taking up approximately the same footprint as a treadmill, the Ab Circle Pro marketing folks promote their new-fangled machine as a “Treadmill for the Abs”. I can kind of see what they are saying. Where it differs from a treadmill however, is in the kind of work-out it gives you.

When you work out with the Ab Circle Pro, you are basically squatting down over the device. You put your knees into the cushioned pads and then hold the upper bars as you work-out. The position may look a little unusual, but if you maintain the correct posture, it should start to feel comfortable and secure. Actually, it’s a bit silly for me to attempt to describe your posture. It is far easier to just see it for yourself, so take a look at this video of the Ab Circle Pro in action.

Click Here to Get the Abs you Want and Deserve – Ab Circle Pro

As you slide from side to side on the Ab Circle Pro, your abdomen will get a strong work-out, but that is not the only place on your body that should see some benefit. You can also expect a good workout for your arms, chest and shoulders. It’s an excellent cardiovascular work-out as well — just try not to overdo it.

Now, I have a few caveats about the Ab Circle Pro. While I think this ab workout machine is a great device for anyone who is already in decent shape, I think you may want to think twice about getting it if you have back problems or knee problems — particular knee problems. The cups where you put your knees are padded, but you are still placing a significant amount of weight on your knees, especially if you are overweight. So if you have knee problems or back problems, please talk to your doctor about the Ab Circle Pro before you order it. I would also guess the same thing applies if you are carrying a lot of extra weight. You may not find it very comfortable.

On the other hand, if you are in decent shape or are well on your way there and you just want to amp up your fitness routine with a new and interesting way to get a great abdominal work-out, then I think the Ab Circle Pro is ideal for your needs. Once you get familiar with the movements, it is quite a bit of fun and it is always good to have variety in your work-out.

Of course, if you really want to be certain, then you can just try Ab Circle Pro out for yourself. They run a 30 day Trial Offer. This means that you pay $14.95 plus shipping and handling (roughly $34.95, but $10 more for Alaska and Hawaii) for a no obligation 30 day trial period so you can use the machine in your own home. Just click the link below to check out the trial offer:
<a href="http://click.linksynergy.com/fs-bin/click?id=wVoj83yL6qA&offerid=186826.10000005&type=3&subid=0" rel=nofollow">A treadmill for your abs – Try it for 30 Days – Ab Circle Pro

As summer approaches one of the goals of many people is to put on a bit of muscle, get toned and lose some fat. it is no surprise, as many people would like to look good at the beach and not feel embarrassed at taking their top off. What a lot of people want to know is how to get ripped abs as this gives people who have them a sexy, healthy look. For many the goal seems quite unattainable but the principles are really quite simple. It is the putting them into practice regularly that is the difficult part. If you are motivated, then read on.

First of all, you need to stimulate the abdominal muscles into growing. The most obvious way is to start performing sit ups. It is a common myth that doing hundreds of sit ups will get you a rippling six pack. The problem is, that yes, it will build up the abdominal muscles to a certain extent but they will still be hidden by a layer of fat, but we will come to that later. Doing conventional sit ups and sit ups whereby you move one elbow in the direction of the opposite knee will stimulate the layers of abdominal muscles into action. But that’s not all!

What most people are surprised to learn is that actually exercising the big muscles in the body, the quadriceps, which are the large muscles on the front of the thighs and the chest muscles can actually help with developing the abdominal muscles and more crucially reducing that stubborn fat layer which hides them. An exercise such as squats which works the large legs muscles works in a number of ways. Firstly, it actually works the abdominal muscles as these are your core muscles which provides stability to the body when you exercise.

Secondly, these exercise put a large amount of stress on the body. If you’ve ever tried performing any squats, you know what I mean. Your legs turn to jelly, you feel out of breath, your heart races and it takes all your energy just to remain standing afterwards. What this stress does is stimulate the production of your own body’s natural growth hormones which in turn stimulates muscle growth. Thirdly, these big muscles are power houses which produce a lot of heat and burn lots of calories. The result being that they help with fat loss which will help remove that stubborn layer hiding those sexy abs which are starting to develop.

The last aspect to look at is diet and reducing calorie intake. If you are doing the above exercises then you will not need to reduce your calorie intake by a large amount as you will be burning a lot of them up. That is, of course, unless you eat a lot of fatty fast foods regularly. Increasing the proportion of protein in the diet can help with muscle growth and also takes more calories to metabolize than carbohydrates and fats. This gives that little extra boost to calorie loss.

So, now you know the secrets to getting ripped abs, the biggest hurdle is actually putting it into practice and I mean not just starting but continuing and persisting with it. It’s the regular small gains that make a difference. I have known people whom have put this advice into practice and have found themselves developing a set of abs in as little as eleven weeks. They didn’t have special physiques, body types or metabolism, just regular guys and ladies putting in regular work. So what are you waiting for!

After a Christmas holiday filled with fatty and unhealthy foods there are millions of people trying to get rid of belly fat that was put during the holiday months. Some try the latest weight loss pills that have hit the market, while others try their luck with magic exercises that promise you a flat stomach and killer abs in just 3 weeks. Unfortunately, none of these methods will give you what you want.

Getting a six pack is actually a misnomer, because everybody has a six-pack. It’s just that most people have their abs covered by subcutaneous fat. Only by losing this fat will you be able to get a flat stomach. And the only way to lose belly fat is to get rid of body fat in general.

The fact is that you can’t get rid of belly fat specifically. You have to tackle your total body fat, because your body gets its energy evenly from all the fat sources in your body. This means that you can throw any pills, supplements, or diets, that claim to specifically target you belly out the window.

How to get rid of belly fat then really amounts to how to lose body fat. And the only way to lose body fat is to either eat less or work out more. If you think about what you put in to your body and what goes out as an equation, you will have a better picture of the weight loss process; weigh loss/gain = calories consumed – calories expended. This means that you can only lose weight by maintaining a calorie deficit, but the choice is yours as to how to obtain it.

The best way to lose weight is of course by both dieting AND working out. This will give you the added benefit that working out has on your body. Your muscles, and most importantly your heart muscle, need regular resistance training to maintain their size.on

And, no matter how many sit ups or crunches you do, you don’t seem to be any closer to having that flat stomach you dream of.

The truth is that exercise alone isn’t enough to burn off that layer of fat that is covering up your firm and toned abdominal muscles. If you want to know how to burn off fat and show off those six pack abs, you really need to start burning off more calories than you consume every day. It is a fact that diet accounts for far more fat loss than exercise does, so do not neglect your diet in favor of doing tons of crunches. It just won’t work!

How to Burn Off Belly Fat

Eat Low Fat and Low Calorie

The best way to burn off belly fat is by eating a low fat, low calorie diet. You don’t have to starve yourself. Just start by making healthier food choices.

Start eating more whole grain breads and pastas. Cut some of the red meat out of your diet, and try fish and poultry instead. Try to use less oil and butter in your cooking. And if you just have to have ranch dressing on your salad, at least use the low fat variety.

And don’t forget the fresh fruits and vegetables. They are low fat, filling, and taste good, and are a perfect alternative to the snacks you usually eat.

Exercise Regularly

Eating fewer calories is just the start. Regular exercise will help burn off even more calories.

Most people who are trying to get rid of their belly fat start off doing a cardio workout that raises your heart rate for about 20 to 30 minutes, thinking that this is the best way to burn off fat quickly. While cardio work-outs are an important part of an exercise program to keep your heart healthy, they aren’t necessarily the best way to lose belly fat. A better solution is presented by the
Ab Circle Pro, which allows you to do the correct exercises to achieve your goal of a washboard stomach much more quickly than just counting on cardio to do the trick. The Ab Circle Pro is designed to specifically workout your abdominal muscles, so not only will you strengthen your core, but you’ll be able to get the sculpted abs that you desire.

Don’t Starve Yourself

It’s true that eating fewer calories than you burn will help you burn belly fat. But don’t go overboard.

If you don’t eat properly, your body will go into starvation mode, and will start holding on to your body fat. As your metabolism slows down, burning off fat will get harder and harder, and achieving a six pack will take much longer.

So don’t stop eating regular meals. Just make the meals you eat healthier.

Several Small Meals a Day

Instead of eating three large meals a day, try eating several small meals a day. Eating several small meals a day will kick your metabolism into overdrive.

Keeping your body supplied will fuel will not only make you feel more energetic, but it will give your body the energy it needs to burn off more calories.

So, try to eat something healthy every two or three hours.

Regular exercise and a low fat, low calorie diet is the best way to get rid of belly fat and get washboard abs. And you can do it without starving yourself or spending hours doing low intensity cardio exercises.

It seems like everyone wants six pack abs. There are people who spend hours in the gym every week trying to get them. Others spend millions of dollars a year on gadgets and gizmos that promise to help flatten their stomachs and give them washboard abs with very little effort on their part.

Achieving the almost mythical “six pack” isn’t an impossible goal. The trick is knowing what doesn’t work, and focusing your efforts and energy on what does.

Eating the Right Foods

When someone says they want six pack abs, what they really mean is that they want the muscle definition in their stomach to be visible.

Most people have a fine layer of fat covering their stomach muscles. You can have firm, tight ab muscles but, if you don’t do something about this fine layer of fat, no one will be able to see them.

The best way to get rid of this fine layer of fat is by burning off more calories than you consume. That means eating a low-fat, low-calorie diet.

Doing the Right Kinds of Exercises

Some people believe that, if they do dozens and dozens of ab exercises every day, they will eventually have the washboard stomach they have always wanted. But that is not necessarily the case.

That is not to say that ab exercises are useless. They do help to tighten and tone the stomach muscles. But no one will be able to see those toned, tight muscles unless you burn off the belly fat.

Making cardio exercises a part of your regular exercise program will help to burn off body fat. It will also make your heart stronger, and help improve your endurance, which are definite plusses. But pay attention to the type of cardio that you do. There is little point in doing tons of low intensity cardio exercises. The best cardio work involves HIIT, aka High Intensity Interval Training. This type of cardio training will ensure that your body is maximizing the way it burns calories for far longer than the time you spend exercising. You should also focus on some form of resistance training. Free weights are ideal, but other forms of resistance training should work too.

So, doing an ab workout as part of your regular exercise routine is great. But you will have the best results if you make both high intensity and weight training a part of your regular exercise routine too.
Think Long Term

There are many programs and products that promise to be able to help you get a flat stomach fast. And maybe they can. But the results rarely last for long.

If you want to have washboard abs for a long time, it is best to use a program you can maintain long term.

So, if you want six pack abs, the best way to get them is to eat a low fat diet, and make ab exercises and cardio exercises a part of your regular exercise routine.
