<p>There are many simple steps you can implement to get a buffer body for the summer.  You don’t need to spend hundreds of dollars on dieting tips or fancy exercise programs.</p>
<p>You can start simple and just cut down the size of the portions you eat at every meal.   I am not insisting that you starve yourself.  That is a recipe for failure.  But look at the size of your dinner plate.  What if you ate half of the portion for dinner and kept the rest for lunch the next day.  The alternative is you could also consider ordering a half portion.  On my last visit to my favorite Italian restaurant they now offer half portions on the menu.  This is a great idea because so often we feel like we have to eat all that is served to us.
