We live in an age of abundance so a little hunger won’t hurt you.</p>
<p>It is too common to see people excited about a workout and diet program on Monday morning then come the weekend they are ready to go out and squash all of their gains. They are effectively playing catch up, they are putting themselves on a long treadmill program that does not have a happy ending. Sabotaging your results will ultimately end in defeat.</p>
<p>Keep in mind that it is not about what you do at the gym it is about what you do with the other hundred plus hours in the week.  You can follow all of the rules at the gym but if you deviate from the rules the other 90% of the time you will not ever reach your goal.</p>
<p>So, yes the rules apply to you too and if you ever want fast weight loss you will have to abide by the same principle as everyone else to reach your goals.</p>

Honestly most of the people that you see in gyms are doing all the wrong things, and when they go home they eat all the wrong things also.
